Depending on customer requirements and roller category, our inspection protocol encompasses dial-indicator radial and axial runout checks, ultrasonic coating thickness measurements, durometer Shore A/D hardness testing, profilometer surface roughness (Ra/Rz), and dynamic balancing up to ISO 1940-1 Grade G 2.5.
